AIM OF ACTIVITY
Identify and understand various customer segments, exploring their characteristics, preferences, and behaviours.
• Develop effective communication skills to engage and build relationships with customers
• Equip participants with techniques and strategies to persuasively communicate value propositions and fostering positive buying decisions.
• Guide students in creating comprehensive plans for acquiring customers, integrating marketing principles, strategic thinking, and adaptability to real-world scenarios.
