Lesson 3: Sales Management

LEARNING OUTCOMES
•Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of diverse sales strategies, including Consultative Selling, Inbound Selling, Outbound Selling, and Value-Based Selling.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of pricing strategies, such as Competitive Pricing, High-Low Pricing Strategy, Psychological Pricing Strategy, and others.
• Develop an understanding of negotiation principles, including effective communication, active listening, etc.
• Acquire practical skills in logo design using tools like www.canva.com. Create a unique and visually appealing flyer and advertisements for a chosen product or service, considering branding principles, target audience appeal, and adaptability across different platforms

• Encourage creative thinking and innovation in designing promotional materials
• Tailor promotional materials to align with the preferences and interests of the target audience
• Gain insights into platform-specific design considerations by creating content suitable for different online platforms

• Develop digital marketing skills by creating content
