MINTIES BITĖS

Association MINTIES BITĖS is a youth organisation which aims at supporting young people in accessing education and training opportunities outside of the formal education system and insertion to labour market. Association’s main aim is to support young people to improve their skills and competencies and the second aim is to improve their employability at a local, national and European level. In order to reach its aims the Association promotes, prepares, creates, develops, evaluates various educational, vocational, qualification improvement, non-formal training programmes, methodical materials, projects, social partnership networks for professionals and other society groups and individuals. The Association creates, encourages innovative and effective programmes: social inclusion; career guidance; professional rehabilitation and employability; gender equality, etc.

Asociación CON VALORES

“Con Valores” association (ACV) is a non-profit organization working for work reintegration & social economy. We are creating bridges between the business & social spheres in order to implement an inclusive approach that supports entrepreneurship for people at risk of exclusion. ACV is formed by business professionals who share their know-hows in order to create a fairest society. Our mission is to use our business experiences and contacts and to generate employment opportunities for excluded groups of society. Our business vision is crucial and fundamental to match with social organizations needs. It allows us to identify, to generate and to boost work opportunities.

Moreover we aim to develop together tools and methodologies that support entrepreneurship among people at risk of exclusion in different contexts. In that sense, we created in 2019 an inclusive incubation model for excluded people. Our incubator is involving different business profiles: entrepreneurs, business associations, universities, technology centres, public institutions, etc. All those professionals are volunteering and bringing professional and specialized support in small business creation. Created companies will then be managed by excluded people with the support of a network of high level professionals from the business sector.

Since October 2019 we have supported 35 persons at risk of exclusion. 18 new business models with the support of 90 professionals have been developed. Our supportive approach is mainly based on agile and practical methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Canvas Business model…). Our volunteers’ intervention is organized between training courses, mentoring, coaching, evaluation and feedback committees…

From September 2020 we are upgrading our model according COVID19 conditions and restrictions. We believe that those adaptations will allow us to define a resilient model for small businesses incubation in time of crisis.

Acumen TrainingSp. z o.o.

Acumen Training is a private company specializing in training and consulting. The aim of Acumen Training is to support managing on the labour market and setting up own business. The company offers training and consulting, develops audiovisual learning materials, carries out research, designs and produces learning content. Our team is experienced in graphic design (creating logos and branding) and development of audiovisual materials (used in e-Learning and Flipped Learning). It has extensive experience in dissemination and promotion of projects. The company is based in Rzeszow, capital of Subcarpathian province in southern Poland. The partner cooperates with trainers experienced in many areas and has a staff who can provide knowledge and experience needed for development of projects related to education and training on different subjects with special focus on labour market and entrepreneurship. The staff members of Acumen Training are advanced in project management, administration, dissemination, evaluation and monitoring. The company has large network of contacts on local and regional level, cooperating with training companies, associations, business environments institutions and specialists in the area of labour market and entrepreneurship. Acumen Training is focused on young people, supporting them in their professional development, managing on labour market and founding own business. The company supports them in gaining skills and experience related to entrepreneurship and leadership. Our team is experienced in creating training materials (including branding), creating audiovisual materials (podcasts, videos, educational escape rooms, mini-learning format resources). They are also experienced in conducting research and development of reports. We have the equipment to record and edit high-quality audio-video material. Our team also includes two graphic designers experienced in designing e.g. logos, newsletters, promotional materials and material branding.

Rightchallenge -Associação

The Rightchallenge Association is a non-governmental organisation which aims at the promotion of education as a means of social inclusion and equal opportunities. We believe that education must focus on the integral development of all people – independently of social status, age, or gender – in order to prepare them to intervene and participate in all dimensions of society, such as family, work, community and leisure. So, as an organisation actively engaged with the community, one of our pillars is lifelong learning, because we have the conviction that it’s essential to sustainable development, as it promotes active, democratic and responsible citizenship among citizens. Rightchallenge activities are aimed to ensure quality and access to non-formal education and to overcome the deficits in access to lifelong learning in Portugal, while promoting the valorisation of human capital and generating value in organisations by providing integrated training services. Rightchallenge recognises that non-formal education and lifelong are extremely important to develop social, emotional, and cognitive competences, while promoting the individuals’ personal fulfilment and well-being. As an organisation who strives for the holistic development, we promote and develop positive transformations in society and facilitate the access of learning opportunities for citizens who face educational attainment obstacles. Our specialists have a wide range of expertise in vocational education and training, educational policies, and networking activities in the field of non-formal education. We create resources and curriculum (both in online and face-to-face environments) to support adult educators and other VET providers to address the needs of their target-groups. Rightchallenge also works with policy makers and stakeholders to improve the skills of everyone that participates in non-formal education.”

FUTURE IN PERSPECTIVE LIMITED

Future In Perspective Ltd. is a private company based in the border region of Ireland
specialising in the areas of education and e-learning, media production, strategic
planning and business development and evaluation. Through our work on national
and EU funded projects, we have engaged and supported local youth groups,
migrant communities, older persons, and individuals who have been absent from
education to re-engage with service providers and mainstream education and
training offerings. We also have expertise in supporting businesses in niche markets
such as the creative, cultural and green sectors to develop sustainable business
models. In addition, we have collaborated with young people and adults to deliver a
range of diverse programmes in the areas of media production and career
management – supporting the next generation of creative individuals to build and
sustain successful careers in the sector.

SYMPLEXIS

Symplexis is a Greek non-for-profit organization that strives to ensure equal opportunities for all through actions and measures that build skills, empower and promote active engagement and participation focusing on the most vulnerable categories of the population. Symplexis’ mission is to elevate social cohesion through integrated actions and project-based activities that aim at promoting the inclusion of disadvantaged groups at risk of marginalization and exclusion.
